Message: First of all are parts shipped from Canada or the United States because of duty. I have a small hot tub with a 1 1/2 horse pump 230 volt two speed. I am wondering if your Balboa VS501 Heater would work and aproximate cost to ship to Brantford Ontario. Could you please let me know. Thanks Rick

Dear Rick, our products are shipped from Canada.  We are located in Winnipeg.  There is no duty passed on to US customers as our company overs the cost. In regards to this model working with your pump, yes, this would be the correct model.  If you have (2) 2 speed pumps, you would require the VS520 as the VS501 can only handle (1) 2 speed pump and (1) single speed pump.  In regards to shipping costs, the sots is $25 via UPS due to the package size.
