Daniel, yes this is not the 1st time we have replaced Balboa Extension Cables because of rodents.  It seems mice and rabbits like the taste of the the rubber! LOL.  Fortunately we have these extension cables in stock you can find them and the pricing at this link  Balboa Extension Cable.  They come in 25' lengths so this should get your hot tub back up and running.       Dan

Yes I guess we just don't feed the darn things enough.  Perhaps more carrots in the winter would stop our extension cable problem.  Thanks for your help I have ordered it off your store.  How long until it is shipped?   Daniel

Daniel the Balboa Spa Extension Cable is in stock and get shipped out the same day if ordered in the morning.  You can select the shipping service when you order but generally UPS ground takes about 4-5 days transit time unless you specify a quicker service such as over night.   Dan
