Will this unit support the Balboa Wifi system?   Any suggestions on how to control temp remotely?   Thanks Jay

To do so you need a newer BP1500 spa pack and then buy the WiFi transceiver.  You would need a wireless router available in the houseboat.  This remote control, via the internet,  is not yet shipping.  Balboa should be making it available shortly.   Dieter

No you need the BP series for remote WiFi access. https://www.cedartubsdirect.com/balboa-bp1500-hot-tub-heaterbp-revolution-spa-pack-pn-56125-p-480.html Then you would need to buy the splitter cable and the wifi module as well.
