Stew what size is your existing heater element?  There are a few different sizes of hot tub heater manifolds but all will work with your Balboa VS500.  However we should ensure you get the right size so that your GFI breaker can handle the load.   We also have titanium replacement hot tub heater manifolds for the Balboa VS series of hot tub heaters.  These are not listed on our site as they are new but they have much longer life expectancy especially if you are using salt water in your hot tub.   Dan

Hi Dan I checked my spa pack and it says 4.0 Kw 220 VAC.  Do you have the same replacement hot tub heater manifold and if so how much? Stew

Stew then I would suggest using the same heater manifold with a 4.0 Kw heating element as that is what would have come with your spa direct for the factory.  We have these in stock at $135 each.  This comes with the manifold, heater element and two temperature sensor wires that are used on the M7 spa packs.
