I have a Balboa VS501Z system. The system keeps on shutting down - breaker jumps so there is a short circuit somewhere. Someone told me that I probably have a problem with my heater unit. Is this something that you have seen? Heater part # 58083. Is there a number that I can reach you at to discuss? Many thanks

I spoke to you on the phone about this.  Yes the most likely cause is a ground faulting heater element.  You can confirm it is the case by disconnecting both copper strips from the heater element (although the left one only will also do for about 6 minutes).
