Does your 3 hp niagara spa motor fit as a replacement for a 2.5 hp aqua-flow xp3, 56 frame, with 2" connectors? I live in winnipeg and could pick it up.

Yes this is direct replacement for your pump. You can certainly pick it up. We are at Unit #20 - 305 McKay ave.
